Hello, and welcome to the team!
I have been with Agnes and Dora since September of 2019. Prior to that, I built a large, successful, international team of independent consultants with another direct sales company. At it's largest, that team was made up of over 50 executives and 150 managers, all supporting and assisting over 15,000 representatives in 6 countries. I helped with the initial start up of that company and was one of the top 20 leaders.
I've organized and hosted regional trainings and events, spoken at gatherings of 6 people and 6,000 people, including a company's international conventions and on 2 continents. I've earned 4 incentive trips, joined the Million Dollar Earners Club and had the phone number of the CEO on speed dial. More importantly, I've listened to countless stories from women just like you. Women who have wanted something MORE in their lives, something of their own... that elusive recognition for a job well done. Women who have gained the courage to live authentic lives, leave abusive relationships and explore their full potential. Of course, all of that just magically appeared and happened overnight, right? I wish! When I started with that company in 2012, I was fed up with direct sales opportunities. I had tried several and had not seen the level of success that I desired. When that opportunity presented itself, it looked good, but I was skeptical. They were poised for major growth and success, not unlike Agnes and Dora is right now. I decided that if I was going to try again, I would give it my best. And that's what I'll ask of you too.
I didn't have the knowledge and skills that I have now, those were learned along the way. It's okay if you don't either, I love to train and teach. What I did have was a dedication to excellence, a passion for people, and a good working knowledge of social media and marketing. I also did not have a lot of time! I had 4 children at home: 2 elementary schoolers that I was homeschooling, a preschooler and a toddler with down syndrome and a host of therapists. In fact, I still don't have a lot of time! I'm a full-time student and still have the youngest 2 at home, and I'm a grandma! So, I have learned lots of valuable time management techniques that I'll pass along as well.
I am looking forward to meeting you and helping you create a plan to achieve your dreams. And, if you are afraid to even dream, I've been there too. I'll hold the light and help you find your way out! Let's do this, together.
